  • Shauna is amazing! I had never seen an osteopath before working with Shauna, but over the last two years, she has helped me fully recover from mysterious hip pain, and is now helping me with my neck and back. I love the combination of therapeutic treatment, education about my body, and home-based strength and stretching programs.

  • Shauna has been amazing to work with, very understanding and intuitive. She understands anatomy and fascia very well. I always leave feeling more balanced and limber. Her Postpartum reBUILD program is excellent value for money too and has helped me rebuild with confidence.

    - Tina

  • Shauna has been super helpful both pre- and post-natal. I was working with her prenatally to prevent diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues, and will continue to see her to support my birth recovery. She has been incredibly supportive post birth- sending me extra information and resources. I look forward to our ongoing work together!

  • Best Osteopath in Ottawa! Shauna helped me manage my lower-back pain and endometriosis pain in my stomach. She is full of amazing ideas on how to stay active while managing the pain. She recommended physical strengthening activities to help me on my recovery path! I am forever grateful.

  • Since going through Shauna’s program (The Postpartum reBUILD) I have my confidence back! I’m able to squat again (something I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do for a LONG time!), I’m able to lift and play with my baby without any aches and pains and move through my day feeling strong.
