Fact: labour and delivery are synonymous with pain and fear. Every preggo knows this. Especially for a first time mumma, the fear factor is usually pretty strong. And rightfully so - you're venturing into completely unchartered waters. There is no trailer, no dress rehearsal, for labour and delivery.
